SHU flew the flag for Corporate Social Responsibility on April 15, holding a seminar attended by the country’s leading experts. Hosted by SHU’s Institute of Knowledge and Economy Development and its director Mr, Liang, the seminar identified the corporations who have won the most trust from their customers as China Trust, TSMC, Taiyen, and for environmental protection, Cathay Financial Holdings.

Vice President Wu said in his opening speech he believes that a successful corporation must hold five responsibilities to stockholders, employees, consumers, society and the environment. Wu also said Taiwan cooperates with 164 countries around the world and enjoys more than 10 million annual tourist visits.

Many scholars and officials attend the seminar.
