Office of Public Affairs
The Office of Public Affairs was established in 2010 to coordinate and facilitate SHU's relationship with neighboring communities, media, the general public, and our alumni.
The Office of Public Affairs encompasses the following units:
Division of Public Relations
- To build up a high prestige for Shih Hsin University
- To propagate Shih Hsin-related events to the public
- To receive press and media visits and handle all media affairs
- To respond to emergency and crisis
- To advertise for SHU's image
- To publish SHU’s alumni E-newsletter
- To organize holiday greeting cards
- To organize Campus Reporters
Division of Social Resources
- To plan, update, and manage the alumni database systems
- To plan, update, and manage the alumni website
- To publish Shih Hsin University’s alumni newsletter
- To assist in local alumni associations
- To provide alumni information about course offerings at Shih Hsin University
- To provide services of alumni transcripts and graduation certificates
- To coordinate within activities and database of domestic and international alumni associations
- To support fundraising and other miscellaneous activities
